The latest and most anticipated Legends mobile (MLBB) collab almost here!
Developer MOONTON Games announced on Monday (February 13) that the MLBB x The Jujutsu Kaisen collaboration is coming out on Saturday (February 18).
This is the third line of anime-inspired skins for the game, following the Aspirants skin series and the Saint Seiya skin series. Moonton first proposed a partnership through an in-game survey last year, which took some time to come to fruition.
Which of the Jujutsu Kaisen characters will appear?
Four characters will appear from the anime, and they were chosen mainly for their compatibility with MLBB’s in-game characters.
Satoru Gojo, one of the anime’s main characters, is portrayed by Xavier, the Defier of Light. Being the strongest character in Jujutsu Kaisen, it makes us wonder: will Xavier get more buff?
Itadori Yuji, who is a master of hand-to-hand combat, who will appear as Head, the Martial Genius in the game. Like Yin, Yuji mainly uses his fists for combat and has superhuman strength and very fast reflexes.
Nobara Kugisaki, a grade 3 jujutsu sorcerer, portrayed by Melissa, a girl with a Cursed Needle. Both Nobara and Melissa use dolls and needles in their skills, so it’s only fitting that Melissa gets to play the sorceress.
Megumi Fushiguro, a grade 2 sorcerer, portrayed by Julian. With Megumi inheriting the Ten Shadows Technique of the Zenin Clan, Julian fits the bill, also using Shadows to attack enemies.
Jujutsu Kaisen is widely considered to be one of the most popular shounen anime ever made. Gege Akutami wrote and illustrated the manga, and the anime is based on it.
Its first season, produced by the world-renowned Japanese animation studio MAPPA, debuted in 2020 and was an instant success. The second season of the anime series is expected to take place in July 2023.
Due to its popularity, a prequel film was released in 2021 called Jujutsu Kaisen 0, which became the highest-grossing Japanese box office film of 2021, earning US$195,870,885 worldwide, making being the sixth highest-grossing anime film. time, surpassing Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba — the Movie: Mugen Trainthrough the films of Hayao MiyazakiSpirited Away, Howl’s Moving Castle, and pony), and your name, according to a report by Anime News Network.
